AMIE Section A & B Exam Scheme
In Summer & Winter AMIE Exams shall be conducted at 69 Examination Centres in India and abroad.

10 AM to 1 PM (Called fore noon)
2.30 PM to 5.30 PM (Called after noon)
Condition to use for Amie Exam Form
MEMBERSHIP NUMBER. Apply as long as you've got got your membership number.
DATE OF ELECTION. for brand spanking new students Amie exam date of election should be (i) August 31 or before for Amie exam fee for Winter exams (same year) (ii) Feb 28 or before for Amie exam fee for Summer exams (same year). However, repeatedly relaxation is given by IEI.
AMIE Exam Form Details
WHERE TO SEND. you've got to fill and send AMIE exam form to The Institution of Engineers (India), 8, Gokhale Road, Kolkata - 700020 W.B.
WHAT TO FILL. you've got to fill exam centre code/place/scheme code etc. and also branch/subject codes.
EXAM FEE. AMIE Exam fee is Rs. 3000/-. DD should be in favour of "THE INSTITUTION OF ENGINEERS (INDIA) Payable at KOLKATA. Overseas exam fee is $ 225 (₹ 16200 By DD only). The fee is fixed.
NUMBER OF SUBJECT TO FILL IN EXAM FORM. you'll fill max of 4 subjects in AMIE exam form.

Changing AMIE Exam Centre
You should normally select the examination centre within the jurisdiction of your respective State/Local Centre.
In exceptional circumstances, you'll be permitted to seem from the Centres outside the jurisdiction of your State / Local Centres provided you enclose with their Examination Forms the satisfactory evidence of your being required to seem from other Centres.
No application for a change of Examination Centre are going to be entertained after the Amie exam last date of submission of application forms.
Appearance from a special centre, without the prior approval of Headquarters in writing, shall be considered as irregular.

AMIE Exam Centres
EXAM CENTRES. an inventory of AMIE exam centres is published soon after declaration of AMIE roll numbers and admit card.
AMIE CENTRES. you're suggested to know/confirm exact address of your exam centre by calling relevant AMIE Local or State Centre (which is mentioned in your admit card) on their telephone number .
WHAT IS PROVIDED IN EXAM HALL. In few subjects codes and tables are provided for the asking in exam hall otherwise you may bring your own.
ROLL NUMBER ANNOUNCED BUT ID CARD NOT YET RECEIVED. If roll numbers are announced but you are doing not get id card, then do the following: Proforma of ID undertaking to seem in AMIE exams, fill it and convey it with you in exam centre with a further photograph and Xerox of identity (such as vote card or license or PAN or employment id card etc.)
AMIE Result & Grade Card
Amie exam result/grade card is said in fourth week of March/September.
If you're not satisfied together with your result, you'll apply for inspection of AMIE answer scripts. there'll be no reevaluation/rechecking of answer script.

Project Work & Lab Experiments for AMIE Exams
After passing five subjects in Section B, you'll get form from Institution of Engineers (India) for registration for project and laboratory work.
You may do lab experiments in engineering colleges prescribed by IEI for AMIE exams. you want to have a previous knowledge of rules of AMIE Project work and laboratory experiments. an inventory of scholars registered for AMIE project/lab is published by Institution of Engineers (India) frequently.
